Buhata

Don’t just plan it. Buhata.

A to-do list records intentions. A plan shows how things could happen. Buhata exists for the step everyone skips: actually doing it.

Free forever, no ads. Every paid plan opens with a 14-day trial and never asks for a card.

The Buhata Principle

One system for your whole life.

Life is not divided into apps. Your tasks connect to your schedule, your groceries connect to your budget, and the people you live and work with connect to all of it.

Buhata puts it in three places instead of ten. A Personal Space nobody else can see, a Household Space you share at home, and a Team Space for work.

Less switching. More doing.

8 to 10 apps a day, folded into one tool set.

Make it yours

60 themes. Try 5 right here.

Less chaos. More action. Buhata.

Why Buhata exists

“I was spending nearly two hours a day planning across 8 to 10 apps, for personal, household and work. More planning than doing, so I built Buhata to bring it all together.” Neil, founder of Buhata

Tap what you juggle. Watch the day disappear.

Personal

Private, and nobody else can see it.

Household

Shared at home, with the people you live with.

Team

For work, invite only.

0minutes a day

lost to app juggling

These are example figures, a rough guess per app that nobody's measured.

Vs other apps

Most apps that go deep are built for a company first and everybody else after. This one started at the kitchen table, and the Team side grew out of the household rather than the other way round.

Buhata means “Do it” in Bisaya.Built to help you actually do it.

One system for your whole life.

What it does

Spaces: keep your lives apart

One for yourself, one for the house, one for work. Each keeps its own currency and running balance, so nothing unrelated mixes.

Money you can see coming

Income, expenses, repeats and a running balance, with bills and salary filled in ahead. On Premium, connect a bank and it fills in by itself, read-only. Banks in the US and Canada only.

Tasks with owners

Every task carries a name and a date, so nothing lives in the fog of “I thought you did it.” Reminders stay their own thing: a nudge on your phone, a circle on the calendar.

Voice: say it instead of typing it

Speak a paragraph with several things in it. Buhata lists what it heard and waits for your Confirm. Voice notes on Plus, commands in 9 languages on Premium.

Routines without another tool

Water, weight, workouts, habits and meals, tracked beside the rest of your day rather than in a second app. Buhata is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

The household set

Shared Notes for the wifi password, chores that pay into a fund per person, and a Handoff Card for a sitter. Share sends a private link, so nobody needs an account.

The Add Task button

Tap it, or just say it.

Backups

A wrong tap is not the end

Buhata keeps copies of your data from earlier. Pick one in Settings and load it back yourself.

Free3daysa copy each day
Plus7dayshourly backups for the last 24 hrs
Premium30daysbackups every 30 mins for the last 24 hrs

Older copies delete themselves from our servers on the same schedule. A downgrade hides the extra rather than deleting it, so a card that simply failed never costs anybody their history.

Everything inside

Complete household management is our goal, so the list is long on purpose.

Where your things actually live

Four rules the server enforces, not four promises.

Private is where everything starts

Yours from sign-up. Anything you have not deliberately shared is visible to nobody else.

Your money never enters a shared Space

The server refuses to write a financial record into any shared document, household, team or plan. The code blocks it, so it doesn’t depend on a policy.

Your health never enters one either

Weight, water, workouts and habits are held the same way as money: with you, in every Space.

Sharing a plan is not sharing a life

Bring another adult onto your plan and they get the plan. No entries, balances or history, either direction.

A team is narrower still: tasks and notices, nothing else. Nothing you write goes to an advertiser, and the privacy policy names every company that touches your data and what each receives.

FAQs

Is Buhata just a to-do list?

No. Every responsibility gets an owner and a date, and Buhata tracks it to done.

Will it be overwhelming?

Every tool your plan includes is on from the first day. Use the one you came for and ignore the others for as long as you like.

What if I only want the budget?

Then use the budget; the rest waits quietly.

Is the free plan really forever?

Yes. Personal, a Household and a Team from the day you sign up, with full budgeting, tasks, reminders and weather, no ads and no countdown.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Pick Plus or Premium and press Free Trial: fourteen days of the real thing, and switching tiers mid-trial keeps the same clock.

Is voice in the free trial?

Yes, in full: nine languages, nothing held back.

What does Buhata keep from my voice commands?

The speech service in your phone or browser turns what you say into words. In Chrome and on most Android phones that service is Google’s, and it can send the recording to Google. Buhata never gets the sound. Your phone reads the sentence first. A command it finishes there never reaches our server unless you mark it with a thumb. A command that does reach the server is remembered as a blanked pattern filed under a one-way code, not as your words.

A short record of what was heard is kept for 30 days so mistakes can be fixed. Then it’s deleted automatically. A command you mark is kept with your account, sentence and all. The privacy policy sets out each in full.

Does Buhata connect to my bank or my calendar?

Your bank, yes, on Premium. It links banks in the US and Canada only, read-only, and your bank login never reaches us.

There’s no calendar connection, so nothing is read from Google, Apple or Outlook. If a live calendar sync is what you want, Buhata is the wrong tool today.

Is there a store inside Buhata?

No store. Every tool ships inside the app, and new ones land in updates.

Two add-ons are sold on any plan, Free included. Household X and Team X go on a Space. Each one switches on tools that are already sitting in the app rather than downloading anything.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Anytime, from a small line on the pricing screen, and your data stays where you left it.

Where is my data?

On your device first, and on our server while you’re signed in so your other devices match. We never run ads. Privacy Policy.

What does the mic actually do?

It listens for up to a minute, shows every command it heard as a checklist, and changes nothing until you tap Confirm.

How does the family side work?

A Premium plan includes an account for one more adult. It’s a real account rather than a profile, with its own login and its own books. Plus is one account. Buhata is an adults-only app. Every account holder is 18 or over, and nobody under 18 is recorded anywhere in it. The account holder sets the chores, holds Household Rewards and shares pages by private link with anyone who needs one.

Does it work offline?

Yes: entries made in a dead zone save on the device and sync to your account when you’re back.

Who makes this?

One founder who ran his life across 8 to 10 apps a day until the juggling defeated the point. Buhata exists so it can all sit in one place.
