Buhata Academy
Courses for people who want to run a household properly, and a certification for the ones who end up doing it for others. Free, self-paced, and made of the same advice we would give a friend.
Courses
Each is a handful of short lessons. Finish one and you can actually do the thing.
FOUNDATION · 6 LESSONS
Buhata Foundations
Spaces, entries, the calendar and the desk. The vocabulary everything else assumes you already have.
MONEY · 8 LESSONS
Household money without a spreadsheet
Separating personal from business, catching bills before they land, and reading a month honestly.
FAMILY · 7 LESSONS
Running a household together
Sharing without surveillance: who sees what, chores that get done, and allowances children understand.
VOICE · 4 LESSONS
Talking to your app
How to phrase things, how to say several at once, and what to do when it hears you wrong.
REPORTING · 5 LESSONS
Making sense of a year
Reading reports, spotting the months that hurt, and exporting for somebody who does your taxes.
PRIVACY · 3 LESSONS
Owning your own records
What lives where, what leaves your device, and how to take everything with you if you go.
Certification
For bookkeepers, family assistants and anybody who sets Buhata up for other people.
LEVEL ONE
Certified User
You can set up a household, run its money, and teach somebody else the basics. Take Foundations and Money first.
LEVEL TWO
Certified Household Pro
You can migrate somebody from spreadsheets, structure Spaces for a small business, and hand it over cleanly.
FOR TEAMS
Partner programme
For accountants and organisers with several clients. Shared onboarding, a listing, and a direct line to us.
Certification is free while the Academy is new. It is a written assessment rather than a video you can leave playing, because a badge nobody had to earn is not worth putting on a profile.
