Private is the root
Everything starts private. Your entries belong to you, are held on your own device, and are visible to nobody else in any group you join.
A Space is a wall between two kinds of money
A Space holds its own balance, its own entries and its own categories. Personal and Business are separate Spaces so a client payment never lands in the grocery budget.

- Premium: ten Spaces
You can rename them and choose their currency. Nothing moves between them by accident.
A group is what you share
A household or a team. It holds a deliberately small surface: tasks, chores, notices, the shopping list, and birthdays.
What a group never holds is money, health, medications or notes. Those stay private in every tier, and that is a rule in the code rather than a setting somebody could switch off.

Who sees what
Your private Space is yours even from whoever administers the household. A child profile is narrower again, and the parent holds it: chores, a reward balance and notices, with no access to money or health at all.
Sharing is decided per Space, by you, and the default for anything new is private.
