Winner’s Circle Official Rules

Last updated: September 3, 2026

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. These are the rules of the Buhata Winner’s Circle daily draw (the “Promotion”). By taking part you accept them. They sit alongside the Terms and the Privacy Policy; if they disagree, these rules govern the Promotion and nothing else.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is run by Buhata LLC, a Florida limited liability company, United States (“Buhata”, “we”); our full postal address is in the Terms. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which a picture appears, and any such platform is released from all responsibility for it.

2. Who can enter

3. When

The Promotion runs as a series of separate daily promotions. Each begins when Buhata publishes that day’s framed picture and ends the moment its winner code is redeemed or, if nobody redeems it, when Buhata publishes the next picture or archives that one. Buhata may pause, skip or end the series at any time, and will say so on the Winner’s Circle page. A picture may be published at any time of day; the day named on a picture is the day in the United States Central time zone.

4. How to enter and how a winner is chosen

  1. Buhata publishes one framed picture a day on its own channels and in the app.
  2. Open Buhata Cam in the app and point your phone at the picture. The app recognizes the picture on your phone; no photograph or video from your camera is sent to Buhata.
  3. A short clip plays over the picture. A six-character winner code appears in its last second.
  4. Type the code into the box that opens when the clip ends.

The first eligible person to redeem the valid winner code for that day’s picture wins that day’s promotion. There is one winner per daily promotion. This is a test of attention and speed, not a drawing: nobody is picked at random, and the order in which our server receives valid entries decides the winner. Because of that, your chance of winning depends on how quickly you redeem the code after the picture is published and on how many other people are trying at the same time, and Buhata cannot state odds in advance.

Each account may make ten attempts to redeem a code in any ten-minute period. Guessing codes, automating attempts, sharing an account, using more than one account, tampering with the app, or interfering with the picture or the clip disqualifies the entry and the account. Buhata’s server record is final on who redeemed a code first.

Entry is free. You need a Buhata account, which is free, an internet connection, and a phone that can run Buhata Cam; the costs of your own device and connection are yours.

5. What a winner gets

A winner becomes a lifetime member of the Winner’s Circle. Membership brings:

The perks are additions to an account the winner already holds. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, credit or any other thing, cannot be sold or transferred, and end if the account is closed or removed under the Terms. Buhata does not send anything by post and does not award money. Buhata may substitute a perk of equal or greater value if a perk becomes impossible to provide. Any tax on a perk is the winner’s responsibility under the law of their own place.

6. How a winner is told and confirmed

The app tells the winner at the moment the code is redeemed, and the Winner’s Circle tab in the app carries the certificate from then on. Buhata may ask a winner to confirm their eligibility (for example, their age or that the account is theirs) within fourteen days of a request; a winner who does not, or who turns out to be ineligible, forfeits the perks and Buhata may award that day’s membership to the next eligible person who redeemed the code, or to nobody.

7. Your name, and what we publish

By default the Hall of Fame and the daily-draw archive show a winner as a first name and one letter, for example “Maria S.”. A winner may choose, in the app, to show their full first name and last initial instead, and may change that choice at any time. Buhata publishes nothing else about a winner: no photograph, no city, no account details. Entering does not grant Buhata any other right to use your name, likeness or words in advertising. The winner’s name as shown, the date, and the certificate id are kept in the public archive for as long as the Promotion’s records are kept, so that a certificate can be verified.

8. Privacy

Buhata Cam recognizes the picture on your phone and sends no image or video to Buhata. Redeeming a code sends the code, your account and the network address it came from, which Buhata keeps to run the throttle in section 4 and to investigate disputes. Everything else is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Winners list and questions

The list of winners is the Hall of Fame, which shows every winner under the name they chose to show. Questions about the Promotion go to [email protected] with “Winner’s Circle” in the subject line.
