Why the prices look like this
Two accounts on Plus, four on Premium, at these prices. Here is what pays for that.
An aggregator bills per linked account
A bank connection runs through a data aggregator. Ours is Plaid, and an aggregator bills per connected account, every month, for as long as it stays linked. That cost does not go away because a product stops mentioning it.
So it is priced where it happens
Bank connection is Buhata Money, an add-on, not a line inside Plus and Premium. In most products that cost goes into the subscription price for everyone, connected or not. Here you pay for a connection only if you make one, and Plaid reaches only the US and Canada while Buhata sells everywhere.
So the money goes to People instead
You type a transaction in about four seconds, or you say it. What that saves does not go into our margin. It goes into how many people your one subscription carries.

A list you can hand to anyone
Any grocery or chore list turns into a link and a QR code. The person scanning needs no account and installs nothing, and anything they tick or ask for lands in your approval queue as a request rather than a change, so a shared link can make noise but never a mess. The page they see runs no scripts at all, and the browser enforces that, not our good intentions.
The rest of the voice story lives in its own article: what stays on the phone, what the shared pool keeps as shapes under a one-way code with the contents stripped, and the 30-day record of what was heard.
Each account is a real one: its own login, its own books, its own private entries. Not a profile inside somebody else’s. One person pays, and a plan that folded an aggregator bill into every subscription could not give four of those away at this price.
Questions people actually ask
Does the free plan expire?
No. It is a plan rather than a trial. There is no day on which it stops working and no point at which your own entries become unreadable.
What happens when a trial ends?
You go back to Free. Nothing is deleted that day: anything belonging to a paid plan is locked and hidden, stays that way for 30 days, and comes back untouched if you subscribe within that window.
Is it one price for everyone in the house?
Yes. One person pays and their plan carries other adults at no extra cost: Plus carries one more, Premium carries three more. Each of them signs in with their own account and keeps their own books, and the plan belongs to the person who pays rather than to a group, so it follows them. There are no child accounts; children are profiles a parent creates and controls.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes, for up to three months, once a year. Payments stop, your paid data stays visible with a lock on it, and everything unlocks the day you come back.
Do I need to be online?
Only to sync. Everything is written to your device first, so the app works on a plane, in a basement, or on a phone with no data left, and catches up when it can.
Can I take my data out?
Yes, on every plan including the free one, as a plain file rather than a format only we can read. Leaving should be as easy as arriving, and a plan you cannot walk away from is a plan you cannot trust.
Integrations
There aren’t any, on purpose. Buhata doesn’t connect to banks or to other apps today. Nothing reaches in, so everything on your day is something somebody in your house put there. The cards above already say why: a link like that carries a monthly bill, and somebody has to pay it.
If connections ever arrive, bank feeds or other apps, they’ll sit on a tier above Premium and be priced to carry their own costs, because the alternative is raising these prices for a feature most people would never switch on. Nothing is being built today and there’s no date. We’d rather tell you where the line is than let you buy on a maybe.
