Written for the moment something isn't working rather than for a brochure. Every article says what to press, in what order, and what you should see afterwards.

The animal's own page, and why the vaccination warning looks like the Renewals one.

One list for everything that quietly expires, with warnings early enough to do something about it.

The school calendar the household actually runs on, including the days it doesn't.

A trip has dates, and everything in Buhata that touches those dates behaves differently while it's on.

One read-only page telling a babysitter or a grandparent what they need for the evening, and nothing else.

TIMER · 2026-08-06

The Timer: stopwatch, countdown and rounds

Three timers in one, and why a Buhata timer doesn't lose time when your phone goes to sleep.

GETTING STARTED · 2026-08-02

Your first week with Buhata

Open the app, put in one real thing, and watch it appear on the calendar. Twenty minutes, no setup wizard.

DEVICES · 2026-08-02

Installing Buhata on phone, computer and browser

The browser version works today and the apps follow the Play launch. What each one gives you, and how they share one account.

MONEY · 2026-08-02

Money, bills and things that repeat

Recording what you spend, setting up a bill that repeats, and changing one month without changing the rest.

BASICS · 2026-08-02

Spaces, groups, and what stays private

Personal and business money don't mix. What a Space is, what a group shares, and what nobody else ever sees.

DEVICES · 2026-08-02

Sync, offline, and moving to a new phone

Why the app works with no signal, what happens when two devices disagree, and how to tell it has caught up.

VOICE · 2026-08-02

Voice and text commands

What Buhata understands, how to say several things at once, and how to fix it when it hears you wrong.

Common questions

It isn't syncing. What do I check first?

The dot at the bottom of the sidebar says what it's doing. If it reads synced with a time beside it, sync isn't your problem. If it never leaves waiting, sign out and back in on the device that's behind: the account is the source of truth and the device takes its copy from there.

Voice heard the wrong thing. Where did it go?

Nowhere. Nothing is written until you confirm it. The confirm screen lists every action first, each line can be edited or dropped, and you can add a line it missed entirely.

Can my family see my Private Space?

No. Private is shared with nobody, including whoever administers the household. Sharing is decided per Space and you choose which.

I deleted something by accident.

Deleting a repeating entry asks which you meant: this one, this and future, or the whole series. For anything else, tell us as soon as you notice. Be aware that the synced copy of your account is a single current snapshot rather than a history, so once a change has synced there's usually nothing older to restore from. Export from Settings if you want a copy you keep.

How do I get a receipt?

Where you bought the plan decides where the receipt lives. Bought through Google Play or the App Store, the receipt is in that store’s account. Bought directly, the receipt is emailed by our payment provider and the same page lists every charge.

Do you read what I write?

No. Your entries are yours. What leaves your device is what sync needs to carry, and the privacy page says exactly what that's.

Still stuck? Write to [email protected] or use the support form in the help bubble to send a request and say what you pressed and what happened instead. That one sentence saves a day of back and forth.
